Dendrocalamus latiflorus 'Mei-nung'

Very similar to the green Latiflorus except that it has dark green stripes on the lighter lemon green canes, and that it is slower growing. The large leaves have occasional yellow stripes. Very impressive bamboo and excellent tasting shoots. Prefers a sunny or partly shaded position.
